PGS Fitness Suite

The fitness area at PGS has treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, cross trainers and a number or power sport resistance equipment.

Membership.

Membership of the gym is only £15 per month payable by direct debit, this gives you unlimited use during evenings and weekends. An induction will be carried out by a personal trainer prior to starting your use.

Gym/circuits instructor - Ante and Post natal qualified, Older Adult Sports Conditioning, Client appraisal CV and resistance programming, Nutrition and weight management.
